The 37th Annual Winter Festival of Lights opened in Prince George’s County, Maryland November 24 and remains open until January 1, 2024.The drive-through outdoor festival is open daily from 5p - 9:30p. The festival displays lights, displays, and entertainment and takes place outside Washington, DC in Watkins Regional Park, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Participants drive through three miles of whimsical lights including 2.5 million LED lights and a giant, 54-foot LED musical tree. New this year are hayrides and horseback riding. The hayrides are offered every Saturday at the top of the hour. Preregistration is required for hayrides and horseback riding. Horseback riders must be at least age 12.

Online registration is encouraged. Advance tickets are $10 for cars ($15 standard admission). Also, the Prince George’s Department of Parks and Recreation encourages you to bring a canned good to donate to local food banks.
