Maryland Delegate Julian Ivey spoke about an Obama statue bill at an Obama celebration. Rayanah Williams won the oratorical contest. During her speech, she praised Obama's inclusiveness and she identified herself as a "multi-identity" person: Muslim, Arab, Black, young, and female.
