Our advertisers kept Port of Harlem free to you. We have had no need to add a paywall because you supported our advertisers who in turn supported us.

Our advertisers continue to need you to support them and for you to tell them that you learned of them via Port of Harlem. A few of our advertisers sell only online, including on several other sites. When you use their link via our site, not other sites, we get the monetary credit.

POHGEP was able to abstain from participating in Giving Tuesday, because our readers provided enough funds during our Fall pre-school drive to fund us for the rest of the year. Thank you. We were able to put our fundraising efforts toward managing the projects on Africa’s Smiling Coast, The Gambia.
