Kevin Eubanks, who graced the May– July 2005 “The Guitar Player” cover of Port of Harlem sharesthe honor of being the world’s sexiest vegetarian with Carrie Underwood.  PETA joined People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (2005) in honoring him as such.  PETA, an animal right’s group says the contest drew more than 110,000 votes on its Web site.  Eubanks is the bandleader for NBC’s “The Tonight Show."
